Education: Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and Lawyer

Anil is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is also a qualified Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, Bachelor of Law and has a Graduate degree in Commerce.

Prior to starting his practice, he worked with Standard and Poors Capital IQ, India, as Sr.Manager for over eleven years. He has extensive experience in Foreign GAAPs viz., IFRS, USGAAP, He is involved in analysis of various financial statements published across the globe under various GAAPs involving both large and medium sectors. His experience spans across industries such as Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, IT/ ITES, infrastructure including real estate, logistics, hospitality, etc.

He has experience in assignments relating to information systems audit, preparation of policies, setting SLAs for various processes to ensure timely and orderly conduct of business transactions. As part of assurance service, he gained in-depth working knowledge in IFRS reporting, internal audits and risk assessments.

Anil has been engaged in preparation of projections, estimates, audits, providing accounting and business and corporate advisory services including supporting cross border and domestic companies in understanding various business models.
